Interpretation
This text sets out how the relationship between the Scholarship recipient and ADO Mission (Athletes Dream Online) is implemented.
This agreement represents the Scholarship that will cover the cost of an Online University Education for the selected and qualified Student Athlete allowing them to continue their Sport at the highest level in their home country.

Agreement Term
This Agreement supersedes all other prior Agreements, Documents and Contracts between the parties whether written, verbal or implied, in any manner whatsoever.

This Agreement shall commence on the date it is signed by the parties.

This Agreement will endure from the date of signing until you graduate with The Open University.

Agreement Guidelines
ADO Mission agrees to fund your Online University Degree. Education provided by The Open University in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

Payment of Education
ADO employs the services of world renowned banking and accounting institutions to ensure the Education is paid for on time throughout the duration of the Online University Degrees. The total value of a Scholarship package with ADO Mission is $30,000.

Athlete Obligations
You will provide accurate and factual information with relation to your sporting, academic and personal background. You will accept responsibility and adhere to the laws of your country of origin as well as any immigration and visa laws when traveling internationally to protect your eligibility with ADO. You agree to not communicate, work or sign with any other athletic scholarship organization.

Data Protection
ADO Mission honors Athlete Data with respect to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is widely considered the strongest international data privacy law. It was adopted in 2016 and set a new global standard for data protection by providing comprehensive rules on how personal data can be collected, stored, and processed. ADO Mission further recognizes other significant international privacy laws including China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and Brazil’s LGPD, which were modeled after the GDPR.

ADO will use your Athletic and Academic journey to promote the incredible achievements within our Charity. At all times you will be made aware of how and where your story will be celebrated.

The Corporate Company funding your Education requires you to endorse/promote them through the wearing of ADO Apparel, Mentioning them in all your Media Opportunities & on your Social Media.

ADO Mission has a stand alone purpose, to fund your Online University Education and accepts no responsibility for any other cost related to your life.

ADO Mission accepts no responsibility for the grading and reporting delivered by The Open University.

ADO Mission accepts no legal responsibility for the Student Athlete.

ADO Mission reserves the right to cease assistance and immediately revoke your Scholarship if you are asked to leave your International/State/County team due to a breach of Athlete Conduct, Local Rules or Regulations, or due to the breach of any law in the Country that you occupy at anytime during your ADO
